I am a Global Trauma Informed, Soul Alignment, Empowerment Coach, Multidimensional Healer, Reiki Master and No1 Best Selling Author, here to guide you on a journey of abundance.

As a master of mindset, manifesting, spirituality, limiting belief's, lunar living and business strategies, I combine numerous years of business, coaching and self-developing to support, coach and mentor people that are wanting exceptional, transformational life changes with a spiritual twist.

Being a firm believer that we all deserve to live a life full of self-love, abundance, joy and purpose and by removing old habits and limiting beliefs this is possible for everybody. Nobody needs to live an average life, the universe offers endless opportunities for all once we start to work with the universal laws.

I have been studying the mind since 2007, gaining a wealth of knowledge and qualifications in the field of Psych and Psychology, becoming a Global Belief Coding Facilitator, Global Mind Navigation Facilitator, Trauma Informed Coach, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Certified Hypnotist with Angelic Reiki, Scent Priestess Training & Shamanic Healing being my latest self-development projects, qualifications for these are ongoing.

I offer a whole host of soul-centred heart-led services of both traditional and modern styles. I am incredibly passionate about sharing my journey, experience, and knowledge to inspire others to find gratification and self-worth in life despite the adversities they may have faced. I want others to realise that the adaptations they have accrued due to trauma are in fact a false self and that by releasing trapped emotions we can rewrite the script and find that true, authentic, unapologetic self again.
We are co-creators of our lives, we can do, have, and be whatever we want, we are infinite possibilities. When we work with the universe and the subconscious, that's when the magic really starts to happen.

RISE FROM THE ASHES
My Healing Journey
Having qualified in the fitness industry during my early years I moved into the 'Corporate World', becoming a highly successful Operations Manager which included Coaching, Mentoring and Developing my staff. However, it was during this time that my whole life fell apart, I tragically lost my five-year-old beloved son Rocco, I hit rock bottom and I couldn't find my way up!

I began searching for my purpose, why was I here, who was I? I began to awaken as I turned to spirituality.
​
Beginning a six year-long study, gaining a (BA HONS) I became a lecturer in Social Policy & Travel and Tourism and my healing journey continued alongside, however, I was still searching for my purpose and feeling the pull of my loss laying heavy in my heart and body. I began introducing simple well-being techniques into my daily ritual to include Mindfulness, Yoga, Meditation, Mindset and the Law of Attraction.

Meeting a Spiritual Healer and Business Coach who began to peel back my layers was a massive turning point. I was introduced to the world of Spirituality, Reiki (reaching 'Master' Level along my journey as well as receiving attunements in alternative healing energies and becoming a Quantum Field Energy Healer), Lunar living, Crystal Energy, Massage and Ayurveda.
