Payment for services rendered is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where services cannot be provided as agreed.
*4. Scheduling and Cancellations:*
Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions in advance and providing at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
*5. Confidentiality:*
All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential unless required by law. Soul Alignment respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose personal information without consent.

Soul Alignment does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from its services. The guidance provided is based on knowledge, specific qualifications, intuition, spiritual insight, and personal experience.
